Spring has officially sprung in most parts of the country, but Tarte has chosen to keep things chill a little bit longer with its latest launch: the Icy Betch Eye and Cheek Palette.
Some of you Tarte-obsessed fans might remember that Icy Betch is the same palette the brand teased as a "new product" on April Fool's Day last year. Well, the pretend palette garnered so much traction that Tarte decided to bring it to life for real this time. The only difference is the new palette also features a highlighter in addition to eye shadows.
Launching today, March 28, the palette in question consists of varying shades of blue, green, and white, including colours like aqua, teal, and indigo, as well as navy and pure ivory — the latter of which comes in the form of a shimmering highlighting powder sent straight from the heavens. There are countless colour-driven eye shadow looks you can create using this palette, and what's more: The high-voltage hues can be used in lieu of eyeliner, too. The glittery dark blue reminiscent of the night sky would look especially gorgeous on anyone's lashline, while the kelly green would make for one seriously rad, all-over eye look.
