MESSI RESPONDS PERFECTLY AFTER BEING INSULTED BY ESPANYOL DEFENDER

EWidespread reports in Spain claim that the Argentine was told "you're really short" during Wednesday's 2-0 victory - but the five-time Ballon d'Or winner gave a sharp reply
The war between Barcelona and Espanyol continued in Wednesday’s Copa Del Rey clash - but Lionel Messi produced the perfect response after being insulted by his opposite number.
Towards the end of Barcelona’s 2-0 victory, several reports in Spain claim that Alvaro Gonzalez said to Messi: “you’re really short”, after the pair clashed. But Messi immediately shot back at Gonzalez with: “You’re really bad.”
Both Messi, who won his fifth Ballon d'Or trophy on Monday, and Barcelona had the last laugh as Munir El Haddadi’s double sealed a 2-0 win to make it a 6-1 victory on aggregate.
